I help adults across the UK by holding personalised, private 1:1 intuitive therapy sessions online.
Together, we explore your life and where you’re at right now. We do this with gentleness and with lightness. Together, we consider what a fresh start may mean for you. And how best to get back on track by going with the flow and understanding your proper gifts to the world.
When the talking and, especially, the thinking is over, you - ‘the swimmer’ - return to the shore.

Why does the intuitive therapist swim alongside a person?
My belief is that persons possess the power and the means to pioneer their own growth journeys towards peace, equanimity and meaning.
My intention is to help persons rediscover for themselves a pathway to authentic Being and Living. This may look quite different from one person to another.
My purpose is to champion others to know their Self again. And, with deep present awareness, to consciously nurture the seeds of their own flourishing here on Earth - our natural home within this astonishing mysterious universe.
When I lead intuitive therapy sessions online, I like to think of my role as that of a fellow human being assisting you, ‘the swimmer’, return to the shore.

All meetings take place online via HD quality video calls. This allows persons across the UK to access intuitive therapy or career shift sessions irrespective of location. So, whether you live in Brighton, Cardiff, Inverness or Manchester, you need not worry about costly travel expenses.

Early-bird sessions take place Monday to Thursday at 6am, 7am and 8am.
Daytime sessions take place Monday to Thursday between 10am and 4pm.
Evening sessions can also be arranged. Usually, Monday to Thursday from 6pm onwards.
All session times are subject to availability. If you have a particular time window that works best for you and that is outside of my regular working hours then do get in touch to see whether this can be made available for you. -
As a first step, let’s get a 10-minute informal chat in the diary. This is usually done via a video chat link that I share with you through Google Meet. (You do not need to download the app onto your device. The link will work in most modern web browsers.) The purpose of this initial informal meet is to establish that we are both comfortable going forward with formal sessions. There is no charge for this initial online 10-minute meet.
Going forward, I would suggest that you consider pre-booking a block of 5 or 10 sessions. This allows time and space for the work done in the sessions to present its desired outcome - whatever that looks like for you. In addition, please be aware that there is a reduction in fees should you choose to pre-book and pay for block sessions of 5 or 10 appointments in advance. -

Many studies suggest that modern face-to-face online therapy and coaching can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. The key is finding a reliable and trustworthy therapist with whom you feel comfortable. Online sessions offer convenience and flexibility for you.

Generally, you'll need a reliable internet connection, a computer, tablet or smartphone. Ideally, you’ll also have a private space where you won't be disturbed. Most online therapists use secure video conferencing platforms that are designed to protect your privacy.
We will have sessions through Google Meet - this platform offers strong security and encryption measures. Your 1:1 video calls with me on the Google Meet platform are end-to-end encrypted and private.
You do not need to download the Google Meet app onto your device. The web link for our sessions should work in most modern web browsers.
